Kairos Arts is a Jersey based charity delivering therapeutic arts interventions to support emotional health for those with lived experience of trauma. 

As we continue to grow and respond to increasing need across the island, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Director to join our senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a charity that places compassion, creativity, collaboration, and community impact at its heart. 

This is a strategic role with organisation wide responsibility for financial leadership, income generation, governance, HR oversight, and operational integrity. You will work as part of a shared three-person senior leadership team alongside the Therapeutic Director and Executive Director. 

We are looking for someone who is not only highly skilled in finance and organisational leadership, but who is also motivated by making a meaningful difference in the Jersey community. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that values trust, shared leadership, innovation, and people centred practice. 

This role offers the chance to: 

• Lead financial strategy and sustainability planning to ensure long term impact 
• Drive diverse income generation across grants, partnerships, and community fundraising 
• Strengthen governance and organisational systems 
• Support and oversee HR and operational excellence
