Join Our Team - Chairperson - Voluntary

Kairos Arts seeks a visionary individual to serve as a voluntary Chair of the Board. We are looking for someone to offer strategic leadership and guidance, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and our mission of serving vulnerable individuals through arts-based programmes. 
 
We are a medium sized charity established in 2019 whose vision is to restore hope, dignity and self-worth through the creative arts. 
 
Preferably, you possess experience at a senior management level, coupled with insights into the third sector. We are eager to engage with candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria through their professional or personal experiences: strategic planning and change management, accountancy, finance, marketing and communication, digital technology, resource and personnel management, learning and development, and collaborative partnership building.
