Kairos Arts welcomes new Business Director as new shared leadership structure takes shape

Kairos Arts is delighted to officially welcome Pippa Coleshill as its new Business Director, completing a shared leadership structure designed to strengthen the charity's sustainability, support future growth, and ensure each leader can focus on their area of expertise. 

Pippa joined Kairos in April and brings more than 17 years of experience in fund administration, trust, banking and compliance, as well as significant operational leadership experience from her previous role as Chief Operating Officer at her former school. 

Born and educated in Jersey, Pippa was raised in an Italian family where faith, family and caring for others were central values. After building a successful career in finance, she chose to move into purpose-driven work that would have a direct impact on the community. 

Reflecting on her appointment, Pippa said: 

"I was looking for an organisation where values, purpose and community impact were at the heart of everything it does. When I saw the role with Kairos Arts advertised, I immediately knew it was somewhere I wanted to be. I'm excited to be part of an organisation that makes such a positive difference in people's lives." 

As Business Director, Pippa leads the operational and business functions of Kairos Arts, overseeing finance, fundraising, governance, compliance, HR and organisational development. Her role is focused on ensuring the charity builds on its strong foundations to deliver future growth, taking the charity into its next phase. 

Pippa works alongside: 

Cathy Sara - Executive Director and Founder, who leads the organisation's vision, strategy, partnerships, advocacy and ambassadorial work, while continuing to provide expertise in groupwork development. 

Pam Witthoft - Therapeutic Director, who leads all therapeutic services, clinical governance, safeguarding and programme development, ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic practice across Kairos. 

Together, the three directors form a collaborative leadership team, combining strategic vision, operational excellence and clinical expertise to support the future growth of Kairos Arts while remaining true to its mission and values.
